Refund & Returns Policy
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify:

Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

You’ll need to cover return shipping costs

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item isn’t in good condition
Start by emailing us at mythiccvibe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:

Email us within 7 days of receiving it

Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos

We’ll sort it out with a replacement, refund, or credit (your choice where possible)
3. No Returns On:

Clearance/sale items

Gift cards
-
Personal-use items (e.g. anything marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to misuse or not following product instructions
4. How Refunds Work

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method

It may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
5. Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. If you want something else, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
