Refund & Returns Policy

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind on a case-by-case basis.

To qualify:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping costs

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item isn’t in good condition

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:

  • Email us within 7 days of receiving it

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos

  • We’ll sort it out with a replacement, refund, or credit (your choice where possible)


3. No Returns On:

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal-use items (e.g. anything marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not following product instructions


4. How Refunds Work

  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method

  • It may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty


5. Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. If you want something else, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
